The Strong Futures Mentorship Program pairs people with trained, screened, and committed adult mentors to provide consistent guidance, accountability, and encouragement. The program is designed to support development and measurable progress across key life domains, helping participants build confidence, resilience, and life-ready skills.
Mentorship relationships are structured, goal-driven, and outcomes-focused, with regular check-ins, progress tracking, and program oversight to ensure safety and impact.
